Typical Old Moroccan enamelled Silver, Berber circa 1960s, from the Anti-Atlas region, typical in design and enamel work, and typical in the enamel colours used, especially the ochre and grassy green colours.
The “Typical Old Moroccan” of the title refers only to the pendant itself, for the necklace as a whole seen here has been created in Sydney, employing a new slim Silver cable link chain and twenty rather cute little old Silver beads, tribal and handmade around the same time, the 1960s, but in Rajasthan west India.
