$5,500.00

18ctGold Scarab Ring, pave-set across the top with .22ct in fourteen white Diamonds, proper G-H Colour. Created in Sydney by Christopher William.
The Scarab was a most sacred symbol of Ancient Egypt, and the Sun-Ra symbol on reverse also.

The Scarab swivels and on the reverse is set a .14ct bright African Ruby.
Ring size a little tricky, for the shape is not simply round; depending on finger configuration, could work for size R, also S.

See below a little more information on this spectacular Sydney-designed, Sydney-crafted ring.

18ctGold Scarab ring, with Diamonds, and a fine little red Zambian Ruby set on the Scarab reverse, which does not have to be the secret of the wearer, for this 18ctGold Scarab ring has been Sydney-crafted as a swivel ring, after a Gold and Lapis Scarab ring of the Ancient Egypt of three thousand five hundred years ago, excavated by archeologists in Egypt a century ago, and the wearer may choose to present the Diamond-studded Scarab or its reverse, the little red Ruby representing the orb of Sun-Ra upon its boat, its vessel.
The above 18ctGold Scarab ring contains 10.2 grams of 18ct Gold, which, on current world Gold prices, as of beginning 2026, represents over 40% of the end retail price of this special ring, including GST. That is to say that if the above 18ctGold Scarab ring were entirely machine-made by one of the two large metal refineries of Sydney, the charge beginning 2026 for a 10.2 grams 18ct Gold ring would be over $2200. And that would be without cleaning up, for items spewed out of machines always need cleaning up; and it would not be a swivel ring, for machines could not replicate that. And then there is the matter of the Diamonds and the Ruby and the professional setting of these gemstones, and the final professional polish. And then there is the GST, 10% on top.
