Plain Antique English Silver locket, hallmarked in Birmingham in the year 1892, of a neat oval size smaller than most of this form, 30x25mm x 10mm depth, total pendant length with its typically tapered and domed bale, 40mm.

In good condition, closing in proper alignment, with its two original interior flanges in place.
This locket is unusual not only for its relatively small size, but also for it being plain, without engraving.
