Gemstones Galore in a necklace created in Sydney, created by a bench jeweller during lockdown, with a good store of fine gemstone beads and lots of spare time in which to simply play and be creative. To produce a strand such as the above, seemingly random in sequence but in fact requiring considerable concentration and patience to effect a good balance in colours and combinations, is not an exercise which will be repeated in these more normally busy times.
All the gemstones used in the above creation are fine quality semi-precious: purple Amethysts, wine-red Garnets, Citrine Quartz, Pearl, green Peridot, cut blue Ceylonese Moonstone; a gorgeous combination of natural fine gemstone beads.
