Bright Emerald Baguette in a surround of marquise-cut Sapphires and Rubies. All ten of the precious gemstones used in the above eardrops are excellent examples of their types, the Emeralds a vivid green, the Sapphires lively, true deep blue, and the Rubies a deep red. To hold these earrings up against a strong light is to be beguiled, as one would be before a fine sunlit rose window of one of the great Gothic churches.
The earring settings for the above Bright Emerald Baguette, Sapphires and Rubies, are of solid 9ct Gold, created and crafted in Sydney, the ten gemstones professionally set by a master Sydney gemstone setter.
The five gemstone setting has been designed, created in detail in Sydney, after a multi-gemstone ring setting of a dignitary of the English royal court of the 16thC., considerably larger than the above neat and compact form but using the same baguette and marquise cuts in the gemstones.
