Oval Iolite, 8x6mm cut oval of AGrade colour and clarity. Iolite is a pleochroic gemstone, meaning it shows two or three colours, depending on the light, violet and blue and wheaten. This particular Oval Iolite tends to show a lovely lilac in daylight, and more a blueish to violet in room light. Iolite can be mistaken for Sapphire, hence the name “Water Sapphire” it is sometimes given.

Ring size M, can be re-sized. Domed band of uniform 4.6mm width, 1.9mm thickness; approx 12x10mm the top Silver gemstone mount; 5.5mm height from finger to gemstone face.
