Cute Domed Silver ring of uniform 4.25mm width and uniform 2mm thickness, very strong band, bezel set with a nice little pink Garnet, of the Rhodolite Garnet variety.
The above ring was handcrafted in the late 1990s in Kathmandu Valley, a region renowned then and now for a consistent high quality of metal craftsmanship, in jewellery or in bronze castings, usually in the lost-wax process.
Note that while the above ring can easily be resized in Sydney, the cost of that would almost equal the cost of the ring itself. Of course, to have the above ring crafted in Sydney, or anywhere  in the western world, by a bench jeweller capable of the craft, would entail an end price of around $150.
