Elegant Victorian Silver “Collar” necklace of the 1880s, a classic spare example of this type of chain, created for the carriage of the Silver momento Lockets of that period.
This piece is particularly interesting being so intact and so original, with its two original rare large bolt rings, and the extra length hanging from the larger central bolt ring.
45cms necklace length with extra 5cms hang, long links 14x8mm dimensions, connecting ovals 14mm width.
Its 35grams in total weight makes it comfortably light to wear.
