Black Australian Sapphire cabochon, 4.65ct 10x8mm dimensions, set in a bezel of solid 9ct Yellow Gold, fixed to a very sturdy band of Sterling Silver, the whole ring handcrafted Sydney especially for this gemstone.
This is genuine Sapphire Corundum, note the characteristic “silk” across the gemstone surface in the image. Also, this gemstone is cut to create a 6-point “star” or asterism that appears under pinpoint light or direct sunlight, and it is permanent.

Ring size T to U1/2, can be resized. This is a very tough ring.
