Turkoman Tribal Silver pendant old and handmade, typical in its strong and spare styling of the Silver jewellery design of a large part of the southern region of Turkmenistan; pendant set with Cornelian, a favourite meaningful gemstone for Turkmenis; the three old Cornelian bead hangs replace original Silver drops.
On a sturdy Silver cable chain of 90cms length, quite long; the pendant length including Cornelian beads is 9cms, at its widest 32mm.

The source of all Cornelian in this piece is the ancient gemstone mines region of Gujerat in the west of India
