Signet Ring crafted in Sydney in solid 9ct Rose Gold, the design taken from an original late Victorian English Signet Ring, also in 9ct Rose Gold and of the same sort of solid thickness in the top engraving surface, but the band considerably less robust than that of the above ring, indeed bent quite out of shape. The original top rectangular surface was ornately engraved with initials.
Here in Sydney a more solid rendition of this classically Victorian ring has been created, with substantial band (a uniform 1.8mm width, 1.3mm thickness) and a top rectangular surface 1.9mm thick.
Set with 5pt White Brilliant Cut Diamond (proper White, G/H colour, SI clarity), cleanly bead-set by a master Sydney gemstone setter, the “star” frame of the setting neatly incised into the Gold.
