Geometric Turkoman form in an old gold-gilt Silver pendant, handcrafted mid 1900s, set with Cornelian from the ancient Gujerat mines (a favourite gemstone throughout the Khorasan/Transoxiana region), and hung with seven highly articulated matched pendants.
(Note the transverse figure-of-eight chain linkage: another characteristic feature of Turkmeni Silver jewellery.)
