Engraved Antique English 9ct Gold cross, late 1800s, foliate design hand-engraving both sides, with a plain shield-shaped area on one side which could be engraved with an initial or two.

36x22mm cross dimensions, 3.5mm thick, excellent hollow-work.

2.1 grams, priced at about the same as an imported Italian 9ct Gold cross pendant of the same 9ct Gold weight (as of December 2024), and it certainly would not be handmade and most finely hand-engraved as the above Engraved Antique.
