Emerald 5x3mm, 9ct Rose Gold ring. Natural light bright green Emerald gemstone, natural eye-visible inclusions, very characteristic of natural Emerald gemstone. The lightness and brightness of the above Emerald 5x3mm cut oval is typical of Emerald from Zambia. Synthetic man-made Emerald is always considerably darker than the above Zambian gemstone, and never has inclusions, so typical in natural Emerald; presumably, it costs more to include inclusions in the synthetics.
The ring setting is created in Sydney, completely handcrafted, very solid, the Emerald setting itself a solid structure, and the band, a uniform 2.5mm width and 1.5mm thickness, is very sturdy. The 9ct Rose Gold used in this ring is a lovely delicate Rose Gold colour; often one finds in Rose Gold items a colour simply too obvious, too dark, due to too much copper being used in the metal mix.
