Classic Tribal Old Silver hoops. 1940s/1950s, from the tribal areas around Udaipur, Rajasthan West India. Rajasthan is renowned for the high quality of its Tribal Silver jewellery, in terms of both workmanship and high Silver content. The above hoops are of high Silver content, minimum 90%. They are completely handcrafted and the level of craftsmanship is high; the close tightness of the Silver wire wrapping upon the hoop base is impressive.

The above Classic Tribal hoops are in excellent original condition.
The thickness of the hoop is 1.2mm, which is not so thick, could be for some, but not all; the weight of each hoop is less than 3 grams, definitely not too heavy.
