Pink Sapphire and Yellow Diamonds in a pendant created and handcrafted in Sydney. Elegance in form, Simplicity in design, Excellence in quality. The Sapphire, almost a carat in weight, is a lovely translucent gemstone, its pink deep, vivid, saturated, and of a sharpness that only Sapphire Corundum can produce. The distinctive light yellow of the flanking tear-shaped Diamonds perfectly contrast with the startling liveliness of the Pink Sapphire.
The pendant setting, handcrafted in Sydney, is very strongly constructed in solid 18ct Gold, the rear plate a substantial 1.2mm thick. The gap between the face setting of the three gemstones and the rear plate is over 1.5mm, allowing the gemstones excellent exposure to light.
Note: the Gold chain shown in the above Pink Sapphire image gallery, Italian 9ct Gold, 43cms in length, 2.6 grams in weight, would add $330 to the cost. The same chain, again Italian, would, in 18ct Gold weigh 2.9 grams and cost $550. (The prices quoted re the Gold chains are as of mid-2025. Interestingly enough, supply is an issue mid-2025, for many importers of Gold chain have become reluctant to order, especially in 18ct Gold, due to the phenomenal increase in the world Gold over the past eighteen months.)
