Ruby Pearl Gold. Sydney created and crafted, the proper red Rubies and costly natural half-Pearls all professionally set in Sydney by a master gemstone setter. The little half-Pearls are bead set, where the setter cuts into the metal surface to push up granules or beads which, when forced over the girdle of the gemstone, fix it in place. And being European trained, the setter had no difficulty creating a neat “star” setting for the Pearls.

The 9ct Gold “butterfly” post clips shown in the images above for these “Ruby Pearl Gold” drop earstuds are imported from Italy (they are not made in Australia), and are of a gauge classified as “heavy”. If these clips were replaced with more lightweight clips, $65 could be deducted from the above price.
