Over 100 years old and handcrafted, this 18ct.Gold piece has the traditional Platinum “daisy” top set with a fine blue Sapphire 3.25mm (approx .25ct, bezel-set with millgraining), with a surround of six bead-set Diamonds (approx. .12ct total).
