Solid Turquoise blue, real natural undyed untreated, the finest rarest Turquoise in the world, equalled only, occasionally, by the very best Persian Turquoise out of the Nishapur region of north-east Iran; source of this 10x8mm oval cabochon gemstone is the fabled Sleeping Beauty Mine of Arizona; while the Sleeping Beauty Mine no longer produces, examples of its best Turquoise are still to be found in the stocks of appreciative American gemstone dealers.
Set in a solid bezel of hand-worked 9ct yellow Gold, in a solid handmade ring of Sterling Silver; handcrafted in Sydney. 10mm at widest across top, narrowing to 4.5mm at rear, band slightly domed, 1.5mm thick at rear, a very sturdy ring.
Note: the only treatment to this gemstone is a surface waxing; this gemstone is not dyed, not chemically stabilized,  and therefore, Turquoise being an unstable gemstone, requires care and some attention in wear, for it can be damaged by chemicals in, e.g., perfume, detergents etc
