The art of enamelling handmade Silver jewellery has long been a tradition among the Berber tribes of the Anti Atlas Mountains in the south of Morocco, and Berbers in Tiznit, the closest urban centre to that spur of the Atlas Mountains, have created a hub for making Silver jewellery employing their ancient craft of enamel work.
The Berbers are said to have peopled the Atlas Mountains since at least as far back as 10000BC
