Hallmark 1922 Birmingham, English Silver fob, a smallish pendant made to hang as an ornament from a Silver watch fob chain.
Produced for a member of an English association that ran under the acronym H.I.S.A.A, whatever that might have been.
The three Silver scimitars are embedded in an enamelled heraldic shield.

Hallmark 1922 Birmingham. The fob is stamped with the Silver standard of the Lion Passant, indicating 925 parts in 1000 Silver content; the Anchor designating the city of Birmingham; and the capital letter X, being for the year 1922.
The English Hallmark system is ancient, dating back to the year 1300. The rest of Europe was still producing Silver jewellery of 80% to 85% Silver content up to the 1940s and beyond.
“Fob” is the word for a smallish pendant such as this that is made to hang on a watch fob chain.
