Naga Tribal Amber, an old handcut bead from the early 1900s, origin Bay of Bengal, said to be the hardest of all Amber, and always this deep honey colour, much favoured in one particular area of Nagaland.
As a pendant, created in Sydney on securely finished .6mm Silver wire; flanked with two old Naga resin beads of the same period (these round resin beads were used as spacers in whole strands of the the big tubular Amber).

The big tubular Amber is 5.8grams, 42mm in length, approx 12 to 14mm thick.
Sturdy Silver cable chain 60cms length, then there is an extra 8cms in the hang of the round resin beads and the Amber itself.
